RETURNS POLICY
If in the unlikely event you have received a faulty product or if you are dissatisfied with an item and would like a return or exchange, please notify us by using our returns form within 7 days of receiving your order.
We offer exchange on items that are sealed and unused. This does not include tweezers which can not be returned for hygiene reasons. If we are not notified within 7 days of receiving the product, it will not be able to be refunded or exchanged.
We offer refunds on items that arrive faulty. You will need to contact us via the contact form within 7 days of recieving your product, and provide images and a full description of the issue. This will then be assessed by the team. If we recieve an item back that we do not think is eligible for a refund, a refund will not be processed and your item may be sent back out to you.
Please note, we are not liable for the costs of returning any items. If you are wanting to send a product back to us, unfortunately you would have to cover the shipping cost.
